| CFR (COST AND FREIGHT) | Under this term the shipper pays all the costs from the time the goods leave his premises and are placed onboard aircraft or vessel. The shipper's liability ends once the goods have been placed onboard |
| CIF (COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT) | The shipper is responsible for all costs and expenses from the time the goods leave the his premises till they arrive at the destination port or aircraft which is inclusive of insurance. The buyer is responsible for insurance and all other costs beyond this point. |
| DDP (DELIVERED DUTY PAID) | All costs from the time the goods leave the sellers premises till they are delivered to the buyer are paid by the seller. (This includes insurance, duties, taxes, clearance, and delivery charges in the country of destination) |
| DDU (DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID) | The supplier will pay all costs from his factory to the the buyer's warehouse (excluding duties and taxes in country of destination) |
